Can I return a bike purchased online?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Bikes must be in new, unridden condition and in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to specialized builds.
Do you offer professional bike assembly for shipped orders?
Our bikes are shipped '90% assembled.' We strongly recommend taking your new bicycle to a local certified mechanic for final tuning and safety checks to ensure your warranty remains valid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and specialized financing options like Affirm to help you get on the road sooner.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?

Do you provide international shipping for fitness equipment?
Currently, we ship select components and apparel internationally. However, due to weight and manufacturer restrictions, complete bikes and heavy fitness equipment are limited to the continental United States.
