At Mack Cycle & Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our returns page with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method with tracking.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your gear to ensure it meets our resale standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
