Official Rules for Mack Cycle Foundation’s Best Buddies International / Sylvester Cancer Center Raffle

1. Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents aged 18 & older.
2. Charitable Purpose: Proceeds benefit Sylvester Cancer Center and Best Buddies International (a 501(c)(3) fostering friendships, jobs, and leadership for people with IDD) via the Mack Cycle Foundation and the Best Buddies Challenge.
3. Prizes: BMC Teammachine SLR Four Shimano 105 12 Speed Road Bike ($3,149 MSRP) Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions.
4. Bike Size: 47cm through 61cm (contact us for sizing).
5. Shipping Option: Packing & shipping within the continental U.S. available at winner’s expense. Shipping & handling is $199. Additional carrier/handling fees may apply.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be drawn at random on May 15, 2026 and notified by email or phone within 5 business days. If no response within 3 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Limitations: Mack Cycle & Fitness is not responsible for technical errors or lost entries. By entering, participants agree to these rules and release Mack Cycle & Fitness, Best Buddies International, and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center from liability.
8. Taxes & Fees: Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes/fees. Entry fees/suggested donations are not tax-deductible.
9. Publicity: Winner agrees Mack Cycle & Fitness may use name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
10. Governing Law: Subject to the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Bike Color: Color may vary by size/availability (red or black). No color guarantee.
